Dear Guests,
for all of you to enjoy a quality service, please be informed of the rules that all guests are invited to comply with when staying at our B&B facility. These include not only the regulations enforced by the law, but also some common sense considerations that prove useful to safeguard mutual good relations.

Booking
The booking procedure is as follows:
- You may send an e-mail to info@bbalmarepalinuro.it specifying your first name, last name, address, dates of your stay (check-in and check-out dates), and how many rooms and beds you would like to book. Once we check our availability, we will contact you by e-mail to complete the booking process.
- You may call the number +39 334/6671207 and communicate all the above information. Upon confirmation of the booking, you are kindly requested to pay an advance amounting to 30% of the total cost of your stay. Our email - confirming the availability of the rooms you have specified in your booking request - will also contain information about the down payment.

Check-in
Since B&B facilities are family-run businesses, they have no reception desk. To avoid any problems, you are kindly requested to inform us by telephone, the day before your arrival, of your expected time of arrival. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the rooms are available from 2.00 p.m.
Upon your arrival you will be given the room keys and will be invited to settle the balance of your booking, to be paid cash only.
Since B&B facilities are not classified as businesses, the Italian law does not require for this category to issue any official receipt for taxation purposes since we fall under the flat-rate scheme. To confirm your payment, we may give you a simple payment receipt stating the amount paid and the details of your stay.
If the amount of the receipt is equal to or higher than € 77.47 a stamp duty (€ 2.00) must be attached and paid for by the requesting guest.
In order to register the guests, we need to receive a valid ID document from each guest (passport, identity card, or driving license) in order to record their presence with us as required by the law in force. For Public Security reasons, access to our B&B is denied to anyone who is not a registered guest.
Please be informed that our rooms have no safe-deposit box. You are therefore invited not to leave any valuable personal belongings unattended in your room. The B&B denies any responsibility for the loss, theft of or damage to any belongings of yours when left unattended.

Services
The rooms provide the following services without charge:
- Wi-fi signal;
- Air conditioning;
- 24” led/smart TV with digital channels;
- Minibar;
- Hairdryer;
- Bed linen and bathroom towels;
- Courtesy set (slippers, shower gel, shampoo);
- Daily room cleaning.

Extra services provided upon demand:
- Attended car park at 250 meters’ distance - agreed price € 5.00 per day (€ 6.00 in August)
- Newspapers
- Laundry service
- Rental of e-bikes assisting rider’s pedal-power (from € 19.00 per day)
- Car rental with chauffeur

Room cleaning
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
Linen is changed every 3 days max, or upon our guest’s demand.

Behavior rules
Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the rooms and in the common areas in the whole facility.
Energy saving: please turn off all the lights and the air-conditioning unit when you leave the room. If a guest causes damage to the facility, or to the accessories in their room, they are kindly requested to inform the owner immediately.
It is forbidden to use warming pans, electric heaters, gas cookers and similar appliances inside the facility, since they may cause damage to the facility and to things, or injure persons.
You are not allowed to make or eat meals inside the bedrooms or in the common areas.
Please fully respect the quiet hours, set from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. and from 11.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. You are kindly invited to act in such a way as not to disturb the other guests’ peace, any time of the day. If guests do not comply with the above rules, fully or in part, the B&B director reserves the right to end their stay at our B&B in compliance with the regulations in force.

Check-out
Check-out shall be by and not later than 11.00 a.m. Different check-out times shall be agreed upon in advance.
